Give a Manager Access to Conversations

Give a Manager Access to Conversations

Teamgage Conversations allow Managers to respond directly to anonymous feedback, creating a secure two-way dialogue while maintaining the anonymity and safety of every team member.

By enabling Conversations, Managers can:
  1. Clarify feedback and ask follow-up questions
  2. Thank employees for their suggestions and ideas
  3. Provide updates on actions being taken
  4. Demonstrate that feedback is being heard and acted upon
We recommend enabling Conversations for Managers who regularly review feedback and lead team discussions.
Your organisation can enable Conversations in several ways, depending on whether you want to provide access to:
  1. All Managers
  2. Managers of a specific team
  3. An individual Manager
Info
To support psychological safety and accountability, Teamgage Admins can view conversation threads and intervene if required. However, the identity of anonymous submitters is never revealed.
