How to Check Users with Team Results Access

If you’re unsure who currently has access to a team’s results, or who is inheriting access through sub-team access, you can review this three ways within the Teamgage platform. This helps confirm who can view results and ensures access remains appropriate.

How to view team results access (via Export)

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Select Advanced from the side navigation
  3. Click Export Data, tick "Manager Export"
  4. Click Export
  5. A new Job Details tab will appear, once the progress bar is 100%, you will be able to download the file
  6. Access the file to view which users have team results access (TeamName_Match) column

How to view team results access (via Users List)

  1. Log into the Teamgage platform
  2. Select Users from the side navigation
  3. Under Advance Filter>User Roles, select Manager
  4. Click Apply

This will show which users have report access. To see the specific permissions they’ve been granted, open the user’s profile and navigate to the Manager tab.
