How to Export the Teams & User List


Info
You will need to have an Admin profile to access the Users section of Teamgage. If you can't see Users, speak to your Teamgage Admin or contact our Support Team (support@teamgage.com).
You can export a complete list of your current Teams & User from within Portal.  

How to Export the User list

  1. Select Advanced > Export Data OR Users > Export 
  2. Check the box next to Users Export 
    1. You can click Basic & Advanced fields for a detailed export
    2. You can change the inclusion of inactive or deleted users
  3. Waiting a moment while the Export Job happens* 
  4. Click Download File
*depending on the size of your organisation and the number of users, this may take a few seconds or a few minutes.

Advanced Fields

You can choose to include advanced fields in your export, these advanced fields are used by the Teamgage software to personalise the settings of users, teams and managers. Learn more here - Understanding the People Data & Teams Template.
