Teamgage App for Slack Integration & Notification setup

This artilce explains how to set up an integration between Teamgage and Slack, so that notifications are sent to all users in your organisation via Slack. Please contact support@teamgage.com if you want to alter communication preferences in a bulk import.
You must be a Teamgage Administrator to complete this setup & you will need your Slack Workspace Admin's approval.

How to install the Slack integration

  1. Login to Teamgage
  2. Find Tools & Setup > Integrations (in the left-hand side menu)
  3. Click the Add to Slack button. This will take you to Slack, where you will be requested to allow the Teamgage app to be installed to your Slack workspace.
  4. Click Allow to complete the installation. 
The integration will turn on Slack for all users in your organisation. If you want to set particular Communication Preferences you can do this manually or via bulk import.
