Remove User Access to Team Results

Remove User Access to Team Results

You will need to have an Admin profile to access the Users section of Teamgage. If you can't see Users speak to your Teamgage Admin or contact our Support Team (support@teamgage.com).

Most teams will have at least one Manager who can access a team's results. Managers would usually be responsible for kicking-off a Huddle, leading team improvement discussions, adding actions &
sharing results (See Adding a user as Team Manager).

However, the need may arise to remove a Manager's permission to view a team's results if they have changed team ownership or roles within the organisation. Depending on if you are removing one user's report access or multiple there are two methods. If you are removing one user's access the simplest approach is to update the user's
Report Access on their Profile. However if you are removing multiple user's access to a team's results it is best to do this from the Team details.

Remove a user's access to Team results (with inheritance)

  1. Find the user in the Users > List
  2. Select Edit and then the Report Access tab
  3. Click the drop-down arrow under Actions
  4. Select Delete option
  5. To confirm action, select 'Confirm delete'
If a user has can access Team Results and is not given Report View Access they may be an admin.
