Self Allocation Audit Log

Admins can review how users move between teams using the Self Allocation Audit Log. This log provides a complete audit trail of team member requests, including those that were approved, declined or did not require review.

Where To Find It

You can get to the Audit Log via:
  1. Teams > Self Allocation > Self Allocation Audit Log in the side navigation OR
  2. Users > Audit Log (above the advance filter)

What The Audit Log Includes

  1. Date Requested - When the original request was made
  2. Description - Details of the change (i.e. leaving Team A to join Team B)
  3. Approval Status - The Admin or Manager who processed the request

How To Use The Audit Log

  1. Search - Use the search bar to quickly find specific requests
  2. Filter - Apply filers to refine results by date, team or status
