Understanding Analysis Reports
Analysis Reports allow you to view results for a specific demographic group without changing your organisational hierarchy.
They provide an easy way to compare feedback across different employee groups while maintaining a single organisational structure. Analysis Reports are commonly used to review results by location, employment type, tenure, business unit or any other demographic tag applied to user profiles.
Unlike standard teams, Analysis Reports do not require a Huddle notification schedule and can be accessed at any time.
Common Uses for Analysis Reports
Examples include:
- Comparing results across locations
- Reviewing feedback from leaders only
- Analysing results by employment type
- Understanding the experience of new starters
- Comparing results across demographic groups
Before You Begin
Analysis Reports rely on Demographic Tags being applied to user profiles.
If you are unsure whether the required demographic tags exist within your organisation, please contact
support@teamgage.com before creating the report.

Naming Best Practices
Use report names that clearly identify the audience or demographic being analysed.
Examples:
- Adelaide Employees
- Leaders
- New Starters
- Casual Employees
- Operations Team Analysis
Clear naming conventions make reports easier to locate and understand over time.
Important Considerations
- Analysis Reports only include users with the selected demographic tag(s)
- Users remain members of their existing teams
- Analysis Reports do not change your organisational hierarchy
- Multiple Analysis Reports can be created from the same demographic data
- Standard anonymity and reporting thresholds continue to apply
