Understanding the Huddle Launch Page
When you launch Huddle via your Manager Notification or login, you'll see the Huddle Launch page first. This page is useful for tracking your meetings (Team View button), checking your current response rate and reminding your team to submit their feedback.

Here to Help

- Access to Teamgage Academy courses or coaching
If you cannot see Teamgage Academy resources your organisation may not have this enabled.
Team Status
- Displays the three stages of the feedback loop of your team: Team submits feedback, Meet & discuss results, Create actions to improve; hover over the tooltips to learn more
- Last Meeting: Displays the length, time, date and number of actions created when you last met with your team (from the Team View button)
Details
Hover over the tooltips for information
Team
- The team's results that you are viewing
- Note: if Manager Team Management is enabled you are able to select Manage team to remove or add users missing (link to article)
Actions
- Shows the total number of actions open and the number of actions completed (this will include all actions created by sub-teams)
- View your Actions List by clicking on the numbers (0 | 2 in screenshot)
- You can use the Actions List to create actions quickly without launching the dashboard
Date Range
- Default displays:
- This Huddle Notification cycle results OR
- This month's results
- You can change the Date Range by clicking on it
Metric Set*
- Displays the Metric Set currently applied to the team
- Change the Metric Set by clicking on the Metric Set name
A Metric Set are the set of questions team members will submit feedback against.
Additional Filters
- Can filter by Teams or Demographic tags
Response Rate
- Percentage of team members who have a submission in the Date Range selected
Submitters
- The number of submitters who have a submission in the Date Range selected, compared to the potential submitters
Remind team to submit
- Allows you to send a Huddle Submission Reminder Notification to team members who have not submitted in the last 32 days by default
- Teamgage users can submit feedback at anytime via an open URL. Simply share the open submission link teamgage.com/submit
Launch
- Team View: Use Team View when reviewing the Huddle Dashboard in a meeting. This option will record the date/time of the meeting. Using the date/time of the last meeting is helpful for setting the Compare To date on the dashboard.
- Manager View: Use Manager View when reviewing the Huddle Dashboard by yourself whether you are analysing your team's progress or prepping for your next Huddle.
