User Notification History

User Notification History


You can view each user's notification/communication history from their profile within Teamgage - this is a great place to double check:
  1. what channel notifications are being sent (eg. MS Teams or email), and
  2. what recent notifications they've received  
If a user has an accurate Communication History, but is still reporting that they not getting their Teamgage notifications it's worth looking at Email Deliverability and Spam Filters and/or Checking for Undelivered or Bounced Emails.

How to view Communication History

  1. Open Users
  2. Search for the user's name
  3. Tap Edit page and there will be a
  4. Select the Communication History tab
