Checking for undelivered or bounced emails

Checking for Undelivered or Bounced Emails

If any of your Teams are not seeing their Teamgage notifications in their email inbox, it's a good idea to review your Bounced Emails. This will enable you to check if there were any errors when we sent emails to your organisation.

How to check your Bounced Emails

  1. Login to your Teamgage Portal
  2. Select Tools & Setup > Bounced Emails from the left-hand side menu
  3. Choose a date or date-range. f there are any emails that weren't sent correctly, you'll see them along with the reason why the email was bounced, dropped or simply undelivered.
Note
If the page is empty (eg. there are no email addresses listed) then good news, there were no bounced emails during that time!

Get the team members to check their Spam/Junk folder.
