Add your company logo to your Survey

You can customise your Survey submission page by uploading your company logo into Teamgage. Once uploaded into the portal this will be displayed on all Surveys you send.

To ensure your logo appears clearly and professionally on the Teamgage submission page, please adhere to the following specifications:

  • File Format: PNG or JPG
  • File Size: Under 2MB
  • Dimensions: Images must have a maximum resolution of 800px x wide x 160px high that works on a white background. 
  • Transparent Background: A logo with a transparent background (PNG format) is preferred for a clean, polished appearance.

How to upload your logo into Teamgage

Follow these steps to upload a custom logo to your Teamgage submission page:
You will need to have an Admin profile to access the Files section of Teamgage. If you can't see Files, speak to your Teamgage Admin or contact our Support Team (support@teamgage.com). 
  1. Login to the Teamgage Portal 
  2. Click on Tools & Setup > Files from the side navigation
  3. Click '+ New' to Upload a New File
  4. Drag and drop the logo
  5. Click Save (our support team will automatically be notified)
  6. Our support team will apply the new video and logo & notify you once complete.
