Using an Analysis Report

Analysis Reports in Teamgage Huddle

Analysis reports allows you to create and view reports outside of your organisational structure or for a specific demographic e,g Graduates or Remote Employees.

Why use an Analysis Report?

An Analysis Report allows you to access your results filtered to the demographics you want at any team level in your organisational structure. You can easily access multiple subsets of the same team level results without filtering & without a Huddle Notification Schedule.

For example: If you are always wanting to check on the Graduates results in your Sales department.
Create a new  Analysis Report  called "Sales Graduates"
  1. It will be inside the Entire Organisation > Sales
  2. It will automatically filter for demographic tag: Graduate
  3. Now you will have an Analysis Report Entire Organisation > Sales > Sales Graduates
  4. In your Huddle Dashboard you can see how Sales Graduates peform against your organisation's metrics
  5. In your Benchmarking Report you can see your Sales Department structure with only the graduates results
For example: If you are wanting to see how your Graduates are doing throughout your organisation.
Create a new  Analysis Report  called "Graduates"
  1. It will be inside the Entire Organisation
  2. It will automatically filter for demographic tag: Graduate
  3. Now you will have an Analysis Report Entire Organisation > Graduates
  4. In your Huddle Dashboard you can see how Graduates peform against your organisation's metrics
  5. In your Benchmarking Report you can see your organisation structure with only the graduates results

For example: If you are wanting to regularly check individually how your Remote Employees, Adelaide Based Employees and Overseas Employees are doing throughout your organisation.
Create three new Analysis Reports  called "Remote", "Adelaide", "Overseas"
  1. It will be inside the Entire Organisation
  2. It will automatically filter for demographic tags as listed above
  3. In your Huddle Dashboard you can see how the three demographics individually peform against your organisation's metrics
  4. In your Benchmarking Report you can see your organisation structure with only these specific demographics results
