Comment Analysis in Huddle

Teamgage automatically summarises comment topics and sentiment, helping leaders quickly identify key focus areas from qualitative feedback.

Comment analysis is available in two areas:

Within the Team Report

  1. Go to the Comments tab in a team results dashboard to view top topics and sentiment breakdown.
  2. Features:
    1. Filter topics by frequency
    2. Sort by sentiment (positive ↔ negative)
    3. Click a topic to view underlying comments
Idea
Start with top topics for a holistic view before reviewing individual comments. This prevents distraction by outliers and keeps action focused on the bigger picture.

  1. Access from any parent team report
  2. Features:
    1. Side-by-side comparison of team scores
    2. Top 3 comment topics per team
    3. Sentiment distribution for each topic
This helps leaders spot where support is needed and recognise positive changes to amplify or showcase.
