The Heatmap in Huddle provides leaders with a clear, comparative view of how their teams are performing. It allows you to quickly identify strengths, risks and areas that may need attention by comparing results, engagement and feedback across your sub-teams.
Heatmaps are especially useful for leaders responsible for multiple teams, helping you prioritise where to focus your time and support based on real-time feedback data.
How to view your Heatmap
- Sign in to the Teamgage Portal
- Open your Team’s Huddle Results Dashboard
- Click the Heatmap tab at the top of the dashboard
From here, you can compare your teams and explore performance trends across your reporting structure.
