Using Heatmap in Huddle
Previously known as Benchmarking, Heatmaps is still available via the portal and now in the Huddle dashboard.
The embedded Heatmap feature in Teamgage Huddle allows leaders with access to sub-teams to easily compare their teams to identify where they need to focus their attention. The Heatmap includes figures on the performance, activity as well as key themes and sentiment of the comments made.
How to view your Heatmap
- Sign in to your Teamgage Portal
- View your Team's Result Dashboard
- Open the Heatmap tab
