How To Edit The General Comment Prompt

How To Edit The General Comment Prompt

The General Comment Prompt appears at the end of a Huddle submission and is used to encourage open, general feedback. By default, this prompt is “Any other comments?”, but it can be customised to better align with current priorities, initiatives or areas where you want more context from employees.

Customising this prompt can help draw out more specific, actionable comments; such as feedback on a project, change initiative or leadership focus area.

How To Edit The General Comment Prompt

  1. Select Huddle>Metric Management from the side navigation
  2. Navigate to the Metric Sets tab
  3. Click Edit next to the Metric Set which is active and looking to amend
  4. Scroll down and expand the Advanced Settings
  5. Enter your preferred text in Comment Placeholder Text (for Overall)
  6. Click Save
