Submitting feedback through the Huddle submission page is quick (usually less than 20 seconds) and ensures your voice is included in your team’s improvement process. Your responses highlight what’s working well, what needs to change and spark meaningful conversations that drive action.
Begin Your Submission
- Open the submission link provided in your Teamgage Welcome or Reminder notification (via email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or SMS)
- The metrics you see have been chosen by your organisation as areas where feedback is most valuable
Rate Your Metrics
- Use the gauge to rate each area by clicking an anchor point or sliding the bar
- Provide a score that reflects your experience during the most recent working period
Comments allow you to add context, ideas or concerns to support your scores. Even a short, constructive comment can spark valuable discussion, highlight a blocker or generate a new idea for your team.
As you complete your submission, a progress bar will guide you on where comments may be most valuable. Based on your responses, you may see prompts highlighting areas where additional context can help leaders better understand the results and take meaningful action.
- Click into the "Add a Comment? (optional)" text box
- Write a clear, specific comment (ideally something the team can act on together)
- Click Add to save it
Best Practices for Submissions
- Aim to leave at least one comment per submission. More context leads to better outcomes
- Keep comments constructive and actionable (think Stop, Start, Keep)
- Use team discussions to review feedback, spark conversations and turn ideas into actions
- All submissions are anonymous
