How to Submit Feedback In Huddle

How to Submit Feedback In Huddle

Submitting feedback through the Huddle submission page is quick (usually less than 20 seconds) and ensures your voice is included in your team’s improvement process. Your responses highlight what’s working well, what needs to change and spark meaningful conversations that drive action.

Begin Your Submission

  1. Open the submission link provided in your Teamgage Welcome or Reminder notification (via email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or SMS)
  2. The metrics you see have been chosen by your organisation as areas where feedback is most valuable

Rate Your Metrics

  1. Use the gauge to rate each area by clicking an anchor point or sliding the bar
  2. Provide a score that reflects your experience during the most recent working period

Add Comments

Comments are where you can add context, ideas or concerns to support your scores. Even a short, constructive comment can spark valuable discussion, highlight a blocker or generate a new idea for a team.

How To Add A Comment

  1. Click into the "Add a Comment? (optional)" text box
  2. Write a clear, specific comment (ideally something the team can act on together)
  3. Click Add to save it
  4. Once you've rated all your metrics and added comments, click Submit

Best Practices for Submissions

  1. Aim to leave at least one comment in each submission (the more you leave, the greater chance your leaders can work on improvements)
  2. Keep comments constructive and actionable. Think Stop, Start, Keep
  3. Use team meetings to review comments together, spark conversations and turn ideas into actions
  4. Remember: all submissions are anonymous
