Online Guide for Huddle Submitters

Online Guide for Huddle Submitters

This guide is for employees who want to share meaningful feedback through Teamgage, helping shape team discussions, highlight what matters and support continuous improvement within their organisation.

About Teamgage

Teamgage is a real-time feedback platform that gives employees a simple and anonymous way to share their experiences at work.
It helps teams understand what is working well, what needs attention, and where improvements can be made.

Key benefits

Quick, regular feedback

You can share meaningful feedback in just a few moments, focusing on your recent work experience and what matters most in your day-to-day work.

Your voice is heard

Your feedback is grouped with others in your team so leaders can understand common themes and take action where needed.

Continuous improvement

Your input helps identify opportunities for improvement and supports ongoing changes in how teams work together.

Your role as a submitter

Your feedback plays an important role in helping your team improve.
You can contribute by:
  1. Submitting feedback regularly
  2. Leaving 1–2 comments to provide context
  3. Sharing what is working well and what could be improved
  4. Suggesting ideas that could make your work better or easier
Good feedback is specific, honest, and based on your recent experience.

How to submit feedback

You’ll receive a Teamgage notification with a unique link to your anonymous submission page (no login required).
Important:
  1. Your link is unique to you and should not be shared
  2. Feedback can only be submitted through your secure link
You can also:
  1. Visit www.teamgage.com/submit anytime to access the submission page
  2. Use a QR code (if provided by your organisation) to submit on mobile

Tips For Leaving Feedback

Focus on your recent experience

Base your ratings and comments on what has happened recently in your day-to-day work.

Always add comments where possible

Comments help explain your ratings and provide leaders with useful context for action.

Be clear and specific

Avoid vague feedback. Clear examples help leaders understand what is really going on.

Use Stop / Start / Keep

A simple way to structure your feedback:
  1. Stop - What isn’t working or is getting in the way?
  2. Start - What could improve your experience or performance?
  3. Keep - What is working well and should continue?

What Happens To My Feedback?

Your feedback is anonymised and combined with other responses from your team.
Leaders then review this feedback to:
  1. Understand team experiences
  2. Identify themes and trends
  3. Decide where improvements or actions are needed
Your input helps shape decisions and improvements across your team

Important to know

  1. Your responses are always anonymous
  2. Individual comments cannot be identified
  3. Feedback is only visible at a grouped team level
  4. Your honesty helps create better outcomes for everyone
