Using Meeting Mode in Huddle

Meeting Mode lets you track team discussions in Huddle and record them against your organisation’s results.

Why use Meeting Mode

  1. Share your screen and turn on Meeting Mode during team meetings to guide a successful Huddle
  2. Tracks:
    1. Meeting duration
    2. Pages viewed
    3. Actions added
  3. Icons turn green when you’ve created at least 1 action and visited 3 pages (recommended minimum)
  4. Alerts you if you finish a meeting without completing the minimum requirements
  5. Provides visibility for senior leaders that feedback is being discussed and closed with the team.

How to use Meeting Mode

  1. Open your Team's Result Dashboard
  2. Toggle on Meeting Mode (bottom right corner)
  3. The meeting ends when you close your browser
