Using Team View and Manager View in Huddle
In Huddle you have the option to view results via Team or Manager View. Here's a summary of the difference between the two and when to use them.
Team view
Using Team view
When you are meeting with your team we recommend you share your screen and open up Huddle and select Team View.
Here's why:
- Team view guides you through a successful Huddle by tracking the duration of the meeting, counts the pages viewed and actions added.
- Icons turn green when you have created 1 action and visited 3 pages as this is the recommended minimum
- If you finish a meeting without creating at least 1 action or viewing at least 1 page you are alerted that you haven't completed the components for a successful meeting.
- Team view also creates visibility for senior leaders that you are discussing the results with your team and closing feedback loops
Here's what it looks like:
- team view also allows you to check when you last time met with your team, for how long and how many actions were created
- before you start your next Huddle you can easily check the date of your previous meeting to set the comparison date in the huddle
Manager View
Using Manager view
When you are previewing results on your own we recommend you select Manager View.
Here's why:
- allows managers to prepare before hosting their Huddle by previewing results
- assists managers in performing analysis on their team and track their results without the alerts and features within the Team view
