What is the Date?
Teamgage Huddle doesn't operate as an open/close survey. This is to ensure that there is a continuous timeline and that teams have the most recent snapshot of data any time they view results!
This means the Date shows the results using the most recent scores and all comments across the submissions made in the 32* days leading up to and including the Date selected.
*32 days is the default submission expiry, however this can be customised. If you'd like to change this range just let our team know -
support@teamgage.comWhat is the Compare to?
Compare to is used to calculate the Change number in your Metric cards. The metric Change number allows you to compare the metric scores and see how the results have changed between those two periods.
Compare to isn't used to calculate submission rates or aggregate scores between the 2 dates in Date and Compare to.
How to use Date and Compare to Filters
When you open your Teamgage dashboard, the Date will always default to the current day (Today). The Compare to will always default to the day prior to your last submission notification.
Use the filters to create your own comparison snapshot e.g. your most recent results vs the last time you met with your team.
Date: The aggregated score of users most recent submissions in the 32 days leading up to and including 31 Aug 2022
Compare to: The change in score based on the users most recent submissions in the 32 days leading up to and including 31 May 2022 (From 3 months prior).
We can now see that compared to the same period 3 months ago the Blockers and One Team metrics have gone down and all other metrics have improved. This helps to spark a new team conversation about why Blockers and One Team have gone down has gone down, and what the team has been doing well that has contributed to the improvements made.

FAQs
Does the Date show me the number of submissions made in the last month or since the last notification email?
A - No. The Date will show any submissions made within the 32* days as noted above.
I'm looking at the Date now that the Huddle submission notification emails have been sent, and the response rate is showing as 100% - but that can't be right, I know that not all of my team members have submitted - are the results incorrect?
A - It's important to remember that the Huddle submissions will not automatically close just because the email has been sent. The Date will still show any submissions made within the 32* days as noted above. See also the article
Understanding Submission Rates for further clarification.
How do I set Huddle to open/close monthly?
A - Teamgage Huddle is not a traditional survey. This is why you cannot set Teamgage Huddle to open/close on a monthly basis. Teamgage Huddle will always close submissions based on the most recent feedback made by an employee within a 32 day period* (as noted above). This means the feedback data produced is always a reflection of the real-time sentiment in the team.
Is there a way I can look at the monthly response rate in Huddle or response rate over a period of time?
A - Yes you can view month by month activity in the
Activity Tab in the Team Results Dashboard - see this article for more information:
Using the Huddle Activity Tab. You can also view the response rate and metric scores over a period of time using the Timeline Tab and selecting the response rate filter - see this article for more information: Using the Huddle Timeline TabIf you have any further questions, please reach out to our team at support@teamgage.com
