Different Ways You Can Share Huddle Results

You can share your Huddle Results each cycle to provide transparency into how feedback is being used and how team submissions contribute to both team and organisational outcomes.

Sharing results helps reinforce that feedback is being reviewed and encourages ongoing participation by showing visible action.
There are four ways you can share your results:

1. Share Team Results Button in Huddle

You can share your live results dashboard with your team at the click of a button.
This is a quick and simple way to create transparency when running a team session isn’t possible. It helps demonstrate that feedback has been reviewed and is being used for improvement.
When to use this:
  1. Every submission cycle
  2. Before or after discussing results with your team
  3. When managing large or distributed teams where regular meetings aren’t practical (e.g. senior leaders)

2. Export Your Team's Results as a PDF

You can export your results using the PDF print function and share them through internal channels. This allows you to create a clear, shareable snapshot of performance that can include one or multiple dashboard views.
When to use this:
  1. Every submission cycle
  2. Before or after reviewing results with your team
  3. When sharing updates across larger leadership or stakeholder groups

3. Present Your Team's Results Live

One of the most powerful ways to use Teamgage Huddle is to review results together as a team. Opening the dashboard in a meeting encourages discussion, interpretation of feedback and collaborative action planning.
We recommend using your team dashboard as part of regular team meetings to turn insights into meaningful action.
When to use this:
  1. During regular team meetings or dedicated feedback sessions

4. Screen Snip (Share a Section of Your Results)

Screen Snip lets you quickly capture a specific part of your results dashboard or heatmap and share it as an image. It’s ideal when you want to highlight key insights without sharing the full dashboard.
When to use this:
  1. When you want to highlight a specific metric, team, or insight
  2. When sharing results in emails, chat messages, or presentations
  3. When you only need to share a focused section of the dashboard rather than the full results
  4. When building quick updates for leaders or executive summaries
