How it works

1. Quick, regular feedback (20 seconds!)
Every employee is given a meaningful voice with the opportunity to submit regular anonymous feedback relevant to your organisation's strategic focus areas.

2. Real-time team insights
Leaders at every level receive real-time reports based on their team hierarchy, highlighting key themes and suggested actions.

3. Continuous improvement
Leaders at every level are empowered to take fast action and share results to highlight progress and outcomes

Your role as a submitter

  • Submit regular feedback (it takes as little as 20 seconds!)
  • Leave 1–2 comments to guide leadership on:
    • What’s working well and why
    • What isn’t working and why
    • Ideas for improvement
  • Take ownership of any actions you’re involved in as part of the Teamgage continuous improvement process.

How do I submit feedback?

Unlike traditional surveys, Teamgage is always on—you can submit feedback anytime and as often as you like.

  • You’ll receive a regular notification from Teamgage with a unique link to your anonymous 20-second submission page (no sign-in required).

InfoImportant: This submission link is unique to you—please don’t share it with others.

  • Alternatively, you can visit www.teamgage.com/submit to log in and submit feedback anytime.
  •  If your organisation is using on-site QR codes—just scan this with your mobile to log in and submit feedback.

Tips for leaving feedback

  • Make your ratings on your recent work experience.
  • Always leave at least 2 comments—this gives leaders the context they need to take meaningful action.
  • Avoid vague or abstract comments. The clearer and more specific you are, the easier it is for leaders to understand what’s contributing to your sentiment and act on your feedback.

A helpful framework to keep in mind when making comments is: Stop. Start. Keep.

  • Stop: What’s not working? What should we stop doing, simplify, or address?
  • Start: What new ideas could improve things?
  • Keep: What’s working well? Highlight wins, give praise, and share successes to keep momentum going.

Info
Your comment prompts will guide you on the type of comments you should make, based on whether your rating falls in the green, amber, or red zone.

What happens to my feedback?

Your feedback is anonymised and aggregated based on your organisation’s team hierarchy.

Leaders at every level can view their team(s) real-time results, ensuring your feedback helps guide decisions, communications, and actions for improvement across the organisation.
