What Does Insufficient Submissions Mean On My Huddle Dashboard?

When accessing your team’s Huddle Dashboard, you may sometimes see an “Insufficient submissions” message. This simply means more team members need to provide feedback before results can be displayed.

Why Does This Happen?

  1. To protect anonymity, at least 4 individual submissions are required to unlock a Huddle Dashboard
  2. If your team has fewer than 4 submissions for the selected period, the dashboard will be locked
  3. Submissions from smaller or locked teams still roll up into parent reports (e.g. department or organisation-wide)

How To Unlock Your Huddle Dashboard

  1. Your team will need at least 4 submissions
  2. Once enough people have submitted, the dashboard unlocks automatically
  3. You can use the "Remind your team to submit" button on the dashboard to encourage participation

If there aren’t enough submissions for the current cycle, you can:
  1. Use the footer link or date picker to open the most recent date range where sufficient submissions were collected

What If My Team Has Fewer Than 4 People?

Teams with fewer than 4 members will rarely meet the submission threshold. There are two options:
  1. Merge Teams – Combine small teams into a larger group if they work closely together, share clients/projects or collaborate regularly. This creates a combined report that can be discussed together
  2. Rely on Roll-Ups – If merging isn’t practical, remember that all submissions still flow into higher-level reports (e.g. your department or organisation). Feedback is still valuable and contributes to broader insights
